Who We Are
A Cocoa Partner Built on Consistency
Radad International was founded in 2018 to close a gap many buyers know well: good cocoa is grown in Africa, but reliable, well-documented supply is hard to find. Since then we have built a network of farmers, cooperatives and processors across six cocoa-growing countries, and a client base that ranges from artisan chocolatiers to industrial food manufacturers.
We supply both wholesale and retail volumes. Some clients order a single trial batch, while others take several tonnes every month. In both cases the process is the same: a product that matches the sample, paperwork that is complete, and a team that answers when you call.

How We Work
From Order to Delivery
A clear, four-step process that keeps every order on specification and on schedule.
01
Understand the Requirement
We confirm the grade, specification, volume and end use before quoting, so the product fits your production line.
02
Source and Select
Lots are chosen from our farms and factories, according to your specification, whether that is bean count, fat content, pH or moisture.
03
Check and Document
Each shipment is checked against the agreed specification and goes out with a complete document pack: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and analysis sheets on request.
04
Pack and Ship
Goods are packed to protect against moisture and damage in transit and shipped on FOB or CIF terms. You get honest updates on timing throughout.

Fair Sourcing
Better Cocoa Starts at the Farm
Cocoa farmers do the hardest work in the chain and often receive the smallest share of its value. We work directly with farming communities and cooperatives, pay fairly for quality, and build long-term relationships rather than one-off purchases. Stable demand helps farmers plan, invest in better post-harvest practices and produce the quality our clients expect.
Fair partnerships at the source mean better cocoa at your factory.
Our Values
The Principles Behind Every Shipment
I
Integrity
We say what we can deliver, and we deliver what we say.
II
Quality
Every lot is held to the specification agreed with the client.
III
Partnership
Long-term relationships with farmers and clients come before short-term gain.
