What Our Partners Say
“
It is hard to find a cocoa bean supplier that keeps their quality consistent from month to month, but these guys manage it. Their communication is clear, and we haven't had any issues with our orders.
“
We have strict delivery windows to keep our production on schedule. Their logistics are reliable, shipments show up when promised, and the documentation is always correct.
“
Switching suppliers is always a risk, but their team made it easy. They helped us find the right bean profile for our small-batch line, and the difference in the final product flavor was immediately noticeable.
“
The alkalized cocoa powder has excellent color stability and mixes perfectly. Exactly what we needed for our bakery production line.
“
We started with a small trial batch of their cocoa liquor. The moisture levels and flavor profile matched the sample perfectly, so we just placed a larger bulk order.
“
Clean cocoa butter with no strange off-notes or odors. It works exactly as expected for our confectionery tempering.
“
Finding good single-origin beans can be hit or miss, but the physical quality and sort on these lots are consistently high. Very few defective beans.
“
The cargo was packed properly. The bags arrived dry, completely sealed, and free of moisture damage, which has been an issue with other suppliers in the past.
“
Straightforward customs paperwork. Every certificate and analysis sheet we requested for the shipment was included in the document pack without us having to chase them down.
“
We appreciate the honesty on lead times. If there is a delay in the supply chain, they tell us immediately instead of waiting until the day the delivery is due.
“
They didn't give us the runaround when we asked for small-scale testing samples. They gave us free samples of cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa mass, and even cocoa beans. Polite, fast response from the office team.
“
Transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees added at the last minute. The quote they send is exactly what you pay.
“
We handle regular wholesale ordering, and their team is always easy to reach over WhatsApp or email when we need to adjust an upcoming shipment date.
